What are Torx Countersunk Self Tapping Screws?
The technical name for the torx head screws is hexalobular. It also known as a 6 lobe Self Tapping Screw. This screw type is designed to tap their own threads via a pre-drilled pilot hole.
The countersunk head allows the the screw to sit flush with the material the screw is inserted into. The idea behind the hexalobular drive is that they are highly resistant cam-out.
A smashing screw that's super easy and super quick to use.
